Well, I’ve been trying to fill up my spare time with volunteer work, I spend a couple hours a week at one place (and more moment when there’s an event), and though I find it fulfilling, I hope for to do a few more things. Just for fun.
Well, searching through the database of local volunteer listings, I find one that looks incredibly fun: GAY BINGO!
The ad mentions they desire people to assist decorate, clean up, run concession stands, waiters, ID takers, the works. It says to volunteer, one should be open-minded, fun-loving, and be comfortable with adult humour. I thought - gasp - that’s my dream job! The place will be full of fun-loving gay, bi, lesbian, and transvestites playing bingo!
I am a shy girl, but I have always been very relaxed around people who have fun and are talkative and playful… I unseal up very fast then, laugh easily and find myself having fun and making friends. This is my chance to meet recent people! Make fresh friends! And possess a blast! Plus - they’re on my schedule! It’s 3pmpm!

Charleston Gay Bingo is back on June 13, ! Bingo is the marquee fundraiser for Palmetto Community Care, where the winner is never a straight line, and everyone has a ball.

BingoMania is held on the second or third Saturday of each month at The Annex Y.M.A. Club, Woodward Avenue, New Haven. Follow us on Facebook for updates.
Bingomania is a cash event. We do not receive credit cards. Your $25 admission includes cards for all 12 regular games (not including Distinct Games). All seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Doors open, and admissions are sold beginning at PM. If you long for, you may enter any time after PM and grab up a number to hold a place in line. Be sure to return prior to 6PM to queue up in numerical order. A number does not guarantee a seat if you are not present when the doors open.
An admission must be purchased before entering the seating area. Patrons may not purchase an admission, or save a seat, for anyone who is not present.
There is no age restriction to participate bingo though the humor is adult-themed and (controlled access) alcohol is served in the room. Sealed ticket games are 18+.

but you don’t include to be gay to play! Games are normally scheduled for the second Saturday of each month (except July and August) at Amvets Medallion Post #13, 25 Review Place, Buffalo, NY (just off Tonawanda Street in Riverside).
Admission is just $5, but most people opt to purchase a packet containing each game for $ Prizes increased with Season 12 and range from $ to $, and specials with jackpots having reached over $ in previous games. (Special game jackpots are based upon number of games sold.)
Gay Bingo is the primary fundraiser for the AIDS Plus Fund of WNY, Inc., a not-for-profit organization founded in The mission of the AIDS Plus Fund is to assist and assist fundraising efforts for HIV/AIDS-related services by developing and implementing unique and adj ways of raising funds for programs affected by funding cutbacks.
We serve as a community-based voice and conscience in the ongoing attempt to educate and remind everyone that the war against HIV and AIDS is not over.
