Desde el Movimiento No Matarás, abrazamos a familiares y amigos de Luis Armando Espinoza, y exigimos una investigación judicial a fondo y sanciones los responsables de las fuerzas de seguridad de la provincia de Tucumán, ante este caso que es de gravedad institucional y violación a los derechos humanos.

Luis Espinoza fue visto por última vez el 15 de mayo del corriente año, cuando policías de la comisaria de Monteagudo y, por lo menos un empleado vigía de la comuna, se abalanzaron contra él y su hermano Juan Espinoza con la excusa de que estaban rompiendo el aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio. En realidad los hermanos volvían de cobrar su salario cuando fueron alcanzados por efectivos policiales. Juan fue salvajemente golpeado y a Luis se lo llevaron en un vehículo.

Ayer fue hallado muerto Luis Espinoza, arrojado al fondo de un barranco en la provincia de Catamarca. Por lo ocurrido hay nueve agentes policiales detenidos y el gobierno de esa provincia relevó a los responsables de la comisaria de Monteagudo.

Luncheon meat is one of, if not THE greatest bait to use for chub and barbel on rivers. This week, Angling Times&#; Dr Paul Garner shares his meat tips that&#;ll facilitate you put more fish on the bank this river season&#;

At this time of year, river fish will be on the look-out for an easy meal and especially one that is packed with protein and heavy to replace the reserves lost through reproduction. A cube of meat makes an easy meal for a empty chub or barbel, and also a convenient bait, and it makes a great choice for any part of the river season. It is also very versatile, which is important as I find that I need to adapt my approach over the weeks ahead to store the bites coming.

Lourdes Guàrdia and Marcelo Maina participated in the informative seminar &#;Certification of the digital competence of teachers and students&#; organised by the Consejería de Educación of the Andalusian Government.

The seminar, held the 2nd of May at the Seville headquarters of Sandetel, brought together teachers and schools directors with the aim to:

  • outline the digital competence framework of the European Commission, focusing especially on the digital competence targeted at teachers and students,
  • address the practical implementation of the theoretical framework of the CRISSH project on evaluation and certification of digital competence in secondary students by demonstrating tools and real real-time examples of its functionalities, features and practical application in the classroom.
