My massage techniques vary depending upon the personal needs of each client. Goal is to deeply chill with stretching , deep tissue, Swedish esalen, trigger signal and personalized contact to areas of concern  . Exact  massage techniques can deal with pain and tension in both the compact term and adj term.  My objective is for each client to verb stress free and happy. Many years of experience massaging the male body. Very adept at adjusting each massage to the needs of the individual. 

I just had my second massage from Gregg, and all I can declare is WOW! The second massage was even better than the first (which was obviously beautiful damn good because I came back). I had been having issues with my sciatic nerve (the nerve that runs from bring down back, through the muscles of your glutes and down your legs. The muscles in your glutes can tighten around the nerve and basically strangulate it causing **** and leg pain). I told Gregg I wanted a deep massage with a focus on my glutes to get those muscles to loosen up, relax, and discharge. He gave me a wonderful complete body massage focusing the latter part of the second using his whole body (especially elbows and knees) going deep in my glutes. I walked away from the massage loosened up and pain free. I booked the 80 minute massage both times and the massage went over the 80 minutes (his rates are a wonderful value) and the time went way too fast.
