Melbourne is renowned for its highly-rated restaurants, world-class museums, captivating street art, and terrific coffee.

The gay scene in Melbourne is also a lot of fun. It's mainly centered around Gertrude and Smith Street, which also happens to be rated as THEcoolest street in the world by CNN!

The documentary follows Thomas himself &#; a charismatic Melbourne writer and professional speaker who has cerebral palsy &#; on his years-long search for a man to decline in love with.

Created over six years, the intimate and heartfelt film tackles Thomas&#; experiences with bullying, one-night stands, dates gone incorrect, trips to the gay sauna, counselling sessions and more.

At the same moment, Thomas is also writing and performing a play giving voice to his frustrations and the challenges he has faced in finding a partner.

“I wish for people to realize what it’s prefer having a disability, but also to be gay too,” he explains.

He said he wants to challenge people&#;s perceptions and was seeking acceptance from the gay community.

“I would go the gay sauna and people would look at me weird, prefer I shouldn’t be there,” he said.

“I want to verb people understand that people with disabilities can be gay, can be sexual.
